Baby Liam

Went back to finish up a shoot as we had some rainy weather for a newborn and family shoot.
Baby Liam was totally chilled out and did super. Really happy we got a really nice day. Angela and Warren did awesome too. Warren and I work at the same company and we both had just got home and then I headed over and we started the shoot.

Baby Asher

What a cute family the Cannon's make. I took Ruth's maternity photos and was invited back to take some shots of Baby Asher. We had a small break in the snow that day (I know right, its supposed to be springtime)
So we used what light we had and also mixed it up a little with flash.

Family Photos

Well, spring time is here, or at least its supposed to be . Lately its been rainy and blah but we managed to get some family shots of the boys.

Hey Everyone! Ok, so many of you out there have your own photo sites and there are many different options for hosting. It can make it difficult to choose who to host your site without actually trying them out first.
For a while I have used Smugmug and while it had some nice features, there were some things that were a deal breaker.
I have moved my site to Zenfolio and I must say so far I am loving the layout and edit functions.
Little bummed that the fee is a one time yearly rather than a choice of yearly, or monthly like Smugmug, but
Really the pros are well worth it.
My site is still under construction but have a look. The Galleries will be back up and running this week so anyone who had a client access gallery, dont wory :) It'll be back up shortly.

The Album for Ruth and Scott has been uploaded :)
I cannot thank them enough for being so patient with the crazy wind that day. I took alot of shots that day to make sure eyes weren't watery, blinking or squinting due to wind and dust....also crazy flying hair. All in all it went really great, and Really happy with the shots.

Almost time for Baby. I was stoked to find out while talking to Ruth that her and her husband are waiting to find out the sex of their baby. You don't hear about that much anymore and its always cool to find out someone is waiting to find out.

Baby Genevieve Preview 2

Well, I didn't want to leave people hanging. I'll be working on Baby G's photos this week, but wanted to at least have a preview shot that she was in :) 
Ben, Maelynn, and Baby Genevieve did great. Shoot went great and it was nice and relaxed. This is a color shot, and there will be some monochrome shots too.

Hatcher Pass

My sister holly and husband Jeff are visiting my parents up in Alaska this Christmas. I'm super stoked for Jeff as he has never been to Alaska before and I hope they all have a great time. We were able to visit this last summer and thought I'd post a shot I got from the top of the mine at Independence mine, Hatcher Pass Alaska.

Maelynn Preview Shot

Here's a preview shot of Maelynn and her little bundle of joy. Maelynn and Ben are expecting Christmas day and with the rainy weather, we were thrilled we had a break in the rain to shoot before the baby arrives.  :)
